TendoNova Corporation (“TendoNova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) designs and markets micro-invasive tendon-treatment devices such as the FDA-cleared Ocelot Nano tool. Our headquarters is 75 Fifth Street NW, Suite 2160, Atlanta, Georgia 30332.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information obtained through https://tendonova.com (the “Site”) and any related sub-pages or forms. It applies to visitors in all 50 U.S. states. It does not cover information collected offline or through any product that is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). We do not intend to collect Protected Health Information (“PHI”) via the Site.

11. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately to delete it.

12. HIPAA & Medical Information

The Site provides general educational content about our devices and is not intended to receive PHI. If you are a patient, communicate only with your healthcare professional for treatment or diagnostic advice.
