Brett Rogers is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at TendoNova. He brings over a decade of operational excellence, quality, and engineering experience in the medical device industry. He leads TendoNova’s operations team focusing on regulatory compliance, quality systems, production, and supply chain management.

Brett is one of the inventors of the TendoNova Ocelot system. Prior to founding TendoNova and joining full-time, Brett served as the Sr. Director of Quality and Engineering at Facet Medical. There, he focused on quality system compliance, manufacturing process development and continuous improvement, and company growth through NPI and contract manufacturing engagement.
